Know ‘Tandulodka’, Ayurvedic treatment for UTI, white discharge while urinating, burning sensation

How to prepare rice water?

Take 10 grams of rice and wash it once. Now put 60-80 ml of water in it and keep it in a closed earthen pot/stainless steel vessel for 2-6 hours. Then strain the rice by soaking it in water for 2-3 minutes, and it is ready to use.

What type of rice is used to make water

Any rice is fine to use. Broken rice is fine too. However, red rice is better and one year old rice is great. You can also use white rice. Make sure the rice should be raw, preferably unpolished, not steamed, and free from husks.
