This Ayurvedic body mask requires two teaspoons of triphala churna, a pinch of turmeric, one teaspoon of gram flour and a few drops of rose water. Apply this mixture on the affected area and wash it after 15 minutes.
Coffee Body Scrub:
Add one or two teaspoons of almond or coconut oil, half a teaspoon of sugar and a few drops of lemon juice to one tablespoon of filter coffee (dry powder or filtrate). Papaya Mask:
Papaya is one of the best ingredients for skin care. The fruit contains enzymes that help to exfoliate and whiten the skin. Additionally, it helps in treating skin ulcers and can be beneficial for removing tan from the body.
Mix one tablespoon of honey and the pulp of half ripe papaya in a bowl. After this, apply it slowly on the tanned area and massage for ten minutes. Let it rest for another 20 minutes. Apply a mild moisturizer after washing with cold water. Use this mask at least twice a week to get quick results.
Nalapamaradi Tailam:
Regular application of body oil from Ayurvedic “Nalpamaradi Thailam” Lightening and Brightening oil helps to cleanse the body and keep the body soft and nourished.
Turmeric and gram flour pack:
Mix two spoons of gram flour, one spoon of milk or curd and one spoon of turmeric powder to make a thick pack. Apply the paste gently and evenly on your sun-exposed skin for 30 minutes, and wash it off with warm water.
Banana and Honey Mask:
Mash some ripe bananas with a teaspoon of honey, a few drops of milk and cream. When applied on tanned parts of the body, this mixture lightens the skin and washes off after 15 minutes.
coconut milk:
This de-tanner is all-natural and easily accessible. Coconut milk is rich in Vitamin C and lactic acid, which helps in effectively eliminating tanning from the skin. Additionally, it is very moisturizing and nourishing, which also keeps your skin hydrated. to use:
Soak a cotton pad in fresh organic coconut milk.

Masoor dal, aloe vera and tomato pack:

Rice flour body scrub:
Take 1-2 tbsp of rice flour and mix it in some raw milk. Blend the mixture and apply and massage gently with your fingertips on the face, neck and other tanning-prone body areas. After leaving it for twenty minutes, wash it with normal water. Apply this homemade scrub twice or thrice a week to get rid of tan naturally.
wear sunscreen:
Maintain your skin care regimen as it takes about a month or two to remove tanning. To prevent over-tanning, apply sunscreen frequently to your body.
