It makes us realize that life has a purpose and while it should be lived with optimism, work should be done following the ‘ABC principle’ – A – Accept life without protest as it is due to our Prarabdha Karma or past deeds is the result of. B – Do our best in everything we do. Thus our future deeds or present deeds are positive. Then C – Surrender in consciousness, in thoughtlessness where thoughts come one after the other and do not disturb our peace.
so when Karma works in the form of yoga and when we start working as divine instruments our life becomes divine. This is spirituality. Spirituality is to realize this simple truth that I am not this body, mind and ego but the divine soul. As long as we live by our ego, our mind and ego, I will create karma – good or bad – and we will return to this earth in rebirth.
Finding Harmony: The Work-Life Balance
If we want to balance work and life through spirituality, the only way to do so is to remove the ‘balance’ itself. there is No need to balance but we need to dedicate our life to SIP? We call the Supreme Immortal Power as God.
Yes, we have to do our work. Yes, we have to live our life but we have to live it with spiritual feeling. We should live life with the knowledge of the truth that ‘I have nothing, I come alone and I go alone and no one is mine.’
Our ego leads us to believe that success is happiness. People are working hard to work, live and get happiness but we are not getting happiness rather we have to learn the art of being happy. This is what spirituality is – moving from achievement to satisfaction and fulfillment and ultimately to enlightenment.
Spirituality leads to freedom from the triple suffering of body, mind and ego Which can be experienced as pain of the body, pain of the mind and pain of the ego. A spiritual person does not need to strike a balance between life and work.
Our work becomes our life and our life is dedicated to work as a divine instrument. This is being spiritually enlightened. It is to grow beyond body, mind and ego and live as a divine soul.
Therefore, spiritual life is where work and life merge in the realization that I am the divine soul, I am the soul. The soul is the spark of unique life.
When we know that we are soul, Life becomes a celebration and work becomes a matter of complete dedication One starts living for the Supreme Divine and as an instrument of the Supreme Power which we call God.
As a divine instrument, we desire nothing because we know that desires are the cause of despair and misery. We transcend mind and ego, ME, and we live in a state of consciousness. Spirituality is thus realizing that this world is a spectacle, we are actors, we come and we go!
We should rise above karma. Generally, people work and live in an attempt to create good karma, but they do not understand the simple truth that creating good karma also means that they will have to return to earth to reap the fruits of their actions and Will have to suffer the sufferings of the world.
Enlightenment and Breaking Free
Spirituality frees us from Karma because we cannot be free from Karma but can be free in Karma. When everything we do is not done by us, but done by God through us, then we experience oneness with God.
Now we don’t have karma. We do not take any action. Everything is done by the divine and we become Karmayogi.
we are Always be connected to God through Karma Yoga. When we live as a Karmayogi, our lives no longer have a separate identity because we transcend our ME, mind and ego. We become nothing and thus we become everything. When the wave becomes the ocean, then there is no difference between the wave and the ocean.
essence of life
With spirituality, when we become one with God, there is no need to balance work and life. When we balance we are going in two opposite directions but when we meet we remain as one divine soul.
we move towards The ultimate destination of the attainment of truth, freedom from all suffering, And finally, integration with the divine. Work and life then become only a matter of purification and illumination.
Will we remain like this till the day we die or are we going to find out, ‘Who am I and why am I here?’
We need to be freed from ignorance and enlightened by the truth. This is the ultimate goal of our life – to realize that we are divine. Only then we will be able to integrate our life and work and live as a spiritual soul.
