These three common spices can help manage PCOS naturally

Ayurvedic expert Dr Diksa Bhavsar Savalia lists fennel, black pepper and fenugreek seeds as spices that can help balance hormones in PCOS.

“An easy way to naturally prevent and manage PCOS is to make healthy lifestyle choices (healthy eating, routine.) exercise, improved breathing, good sleep and effective stress management). Along with this, three spices present in your kitchen can help you with PCOS.

He wrote, “Take 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds and soak them overnight, the next morning boil for 5 minutes, strain and sip on it.”
