Debina talks about “connection breath”, saying it can “help tighten the pelvis”. The actor was joined by his trainer and prenatal Coach Vinti Maheshwari.

Debina performs some basic exercises, which include a pillow, a comfortable surface (could also be a bed), and a stability ball. Maheshwari explained the process.

In the first exercise, the mother-to-be was sitting in an upright position stability ball with his knees apart. He placed one hand on his stomach and the other on his rib. He inhales into his hands to expand his pelvic floor and then exhales. Maheshwari said it should feel like “vagina filling with air”.

She also said that as one exhales, it should feel like they are holding their urine by contracting their muscles. Debina said the breathing is meant to “exercise control of the pelvic muscles”.

Expert said stability ball can strengthen core muscles, improving body stability and balance. “It keeps your spine aligned, so posture improves as the pregnancy progresses. The ball helps prepare your body for delivery by keeping your posture correct.

After this, Debina performed the same breath while performing Malasaa or sitting position. For this, she sat down on her feet and, keeping her hands folded and eyes closed, placed her elbows on her knees. It is said that it takes away one of their tension and stress.

Then, she folded her legs backwards and sat on the pillow. He placed one on his stomach and the other on his chest. Closed his eyes, he inhaled and exhaled. The actor showed off a glute bridge movement, which is great for strengthening the “pelvic floor, core, and lower back” muscles.

Debina also took a few breaths lying on her side, and then did a visualization exercise in which she visualized a “perfect birth.” “Every time you envision your perfect birth, you program your mind for success. Prepare body and mind. It’s important to remember that labor is a natural process and your body needs to do it. Made,” Maheshwari explained.

few days back, Debina was accompanied by her husband actor Gurmeet Chaudhary. For a video in which she talked about the circumstances of both pregnancies – one through IVF, and the other, a natural conception.

The couple said that they were not expecting to get pregnant as they had been trying unsuccessfully for seven long years with no luck. But soon after Liana was born, another followed and they are now over-the-moon.
