Understand the causes, and keep festive swelling at bay using these effective remedies

But it is important to be careful because eating fried, sugary and packaged foods can lead to digestive problems like swelling In some people, it can become a cause of concern if not treated on time.

* Eating different types of fatty food.

*Cucumbers, probiotics such as kombucha, kefir, Curd Fennel water, ginger, turmeric, papaya and mint tea can help reduce inflammation.

“During festivals, enjoy, but also take care of your health,” Gupta insisted.
