Understand the causes, and keep festive swelling at bay using these effective remedies

Festivals are the time to celebrate and enjoy our favorite foods. But it is important to be careful because eating fried, sugary and packaged foods can lead to digestive problems like swelling In some people, it can become a cause of concern if not treated on time.

* Eating different types of fatty food.

“During festivals, enjoy, but also take care of your health,” Gupta insisted.
