When and in what quantity should diabetics consume cinnamon?

The Easy Way to Make Comforting Cinnamon Tea

* Take a glass of water and let it boil.
* Add half a teaspoon or 2-3 pinches of cinnamon powder to the water and let it boil for 2-5 minutes.
