Why should you avoid mixing sour, salty snacks with milk tea?

Good :

Do not cook milk in tea decoction as it becomes acidic. Instead, add hot milk (plant-based or dairy-based milk only obtained from a cruelty-free cow’s farm) directly to your cup of black tea.
